The story so far...

The party enters greywater swamp, and after a short while is ambushed by crocodiles. We walk for several hours, attempting to use detect magic to find the shard, but to no avail. We rest the night using a tiny hut created by Glanzend. After the evenings rest, immediately the party ran into a poisonous troll who downed Dr.Bolas and Katz, the party had to shortrest afterwards. But with each trip we get closer to a pack of undead we have been tracking with Forebrands primevil awareness.

The party encountered said horde of undead and entered into a combat.

The party finds another adventuring party, bearing the insignia of the baltaria ruinilogial society. Country wide guild of archaeologists and adventurers. Barnabas (Half elf), Ebrus-Dwarf, eric human, jegos drow. They have a catoblepus. They were part of a group known as the Ruiners, their motives are unclear but they don't appear to work for the sanguine knight.

After a hard-fought battle, the party barely managed to defeat them. We stored the shard in the magic box. They wanted the shard to any end it seems, but we were not able to find out much about their motives. Dr.Bolas fell during the battle, but was revived by Sylas, an archefaye, however his class changed to glamour bard and his name changed to orchid. We did some shopping in Glimmer, and are current heading is the desert city of sunstone.

Sunstone seemed to have been severely destroyed. Orcus is in the city, an ally of ours from Regans camp, he tells us that the Sanguine Knight is what destroyed a large portion of it. Whitemane believes the Sanguine Knight is unaware of the location of the shard, and the tomb of the iron king had no traps set off, so the shard is probably in the tomb. The party heads to the tomb, and on the way the sand seems to shift a lot, Katz shoots the shifting sands and out pops some scorpion men, like centaurs but scorpion lower bodies.

We enter the temple of the iron king, and immediately bumble is hit by a trap. As we reverse the dungeons, glanzend lights the sconces with magic. Forebrand told us the location of all traps on the current floor, but we immediately stumbled upon another as we went down the temple. As we traversed the temple, we found two orbs the second floor, but, as soon as glanzend saw them in all their shiny glory, he went to grab one and both of the orbs woke up to be orbs of doom with knives. We barely scraped by in this fight.

After we finish several more encounters, we end up in a hallway with a sigil trap, that ka tz disarms. We put the sapphire in the doorway here and it opens into a room with some bodies and sand pit. A fight with several undead and a sand monster begins.

After defeating the skull lord, we open a box and find one of the shards. Glanzend then chose to put the shards close together, to see if they would react together out of Katz' paranoia. Katz then tests to see if the shard, reacts to her gun, which it does. She then puts it in her diplomats pouch. Katz and Forebrand find 2 diamonds in the mummys sarcophogas. 5000 gold each.

This is where the next section of the story will be.

After we went to return the two shards in our possession to Atticus to put into Baticul, we realized that one of the shards had been stolen and Atticus sent a scryer to find the locations of person who potential stole the shard from us.

The Sanguine Knight now has 3 shards, the one that was stolen, the one that hardy gave it, and the one that was "lost to time", apparently from the bottom of the ocean. In addition, the sanguine knight is capable of speech, and is having a conversation with some of the ruiners. All of this was informed to us by the Loxodon(elephant man) who did some scrying. The group going to march to Baticul to destroy take the remaining shards.

In addition, the people that we noticed in Sunstone who looked suspicious appear to be ruiners aligned with Tyrg, Glanzends enemy.

Atticus tells us that we have to go stop the Sanguine Knight in a town called clearbrook.

After meeting with Henryk and Ripjaw, we also had Hardy (formerly of the Cult of the Iron gear) help us fight the Sanguine Knight.
After a hard fought battle, Halfthor died during the combat and The Sanguine Knight was defeated.

After its defeat, we all took off on our separate ways for one month. At the end of the month we all celebrated in Nirva at the fish festival, and Glanzends + Forebrand helped fix the fireworks.

In addition, we as a group were invited to the grand opening of the Large Train and take its inagural ride. During the ride, Proffesor Grumbledeehump attempted to orchestrate a theft of a Jade Fish that was stored in the safe for transport.
