@RyobeatPeach Tbh I do the same thing but only out of fear cuz they can just get mad lol. My company rn thinks i will never accept work when Im called in and off and it’s like I just say no sometimes but ofc it hurts my “reputation” or “reliability” for saying no like even 40% of the time
