      @larvesta10 Fuchsia City(セキチクシティ) and Cerulean( ハナダシティ) have no moving NPCs. I usually do Cerulean because I like its music in HGSS lol

    @larvesta10 Pastoria City(ノモセシティ) is best in DPPT because it has smallest amount of NPC
