@lottie_imogen Any restaurant is allowed to work in NY as long as it only does takeout / delivery. But like 4 or 5 people will be in at once just all near eachother, no one is really listening to any rules. Some dude tried to sit down and wouldn't listen to me when I said no. almost called cops
