  1. CoTool 1.02 is very weird for US. You must unselect the Japanese option, which is default. Then change it to 60hz, then set the timer per 1 frame to be 33.373, as it normally would be. It is wrong otherwise. In 1.01, you could just set time per 1 frame to be 33.373. No other work
