@TamashiiHiroka I remember they were the first games I was disappointed in as a kid. Felt like a HUGE step down from Crystal. No day/night visible, no previous region, no animations on battle enter, and my favorites weren't in the game at all! Also the rival not fully evolving starter was lame.Permalink On twitter.com

@TamashiiHiroka Emerald is a different beast for me than RS. The frontier is very unfun. Relies more on luck because of its insanely long streaks than it should. I also think the story is a bit bloated and slower paced because you fight both teams. Overall I actually prefer RS to it cuz of this.On twitter.com
