    @M4GStudios I always liked the idea of stacking status. Similar to how toxic/poison works in mons but it goes up levels. Like imagine if you used toxic once and it was poisoned, and hit again you got to toxic, and a third time for dramatic poison with a stat debuff. Could apply to anything

      @M4GStudios An exhaustion status could be good, maybe it applies a debuff like lowering speed and speed but it does no damage.

        @M4GStudios Also maybe a permanent debuff that only activates on a condition. You use an attack that applies a debuff and if they ever go below half or use a specific attack type the effect triggers and you become unable to recover above half or use that attack
