  1. Shiny Celebi on Mirage island using Glitches + RNG manip lol. It's got 6 IVs with Timid Nature + Shiny(That's RNG), but it spawns on Mirage Island at Level 0 with only sketch as the attack(that's the glitch). You can make any mon spawn here as a normal wild mon like I did here!

      Note if shiny hunters wanted to use this, I did nothing to force the shiny other than rng. The codes don’t make it shiny or anything. You could RE anything you wanted here lol
