@Mulldrifter256 My current job I don't do any form of bread or dessert baking. The thing is, though, basically everything I cook is baked in the oven(vegetables, meatloaf, ect lol). So that aspect is similar to baking. I follow a recipe, put it on a sheet tray, and wait.
