After rewatching PLA trailer I am convinced that GameFreak didn't want to remake DP and just wanted to revisit Sinnoh in a different way by exploring its past, but TPCi was afraid it was too different and weird so ICLA is doing DP remake instead as a backup for normalcy.On twitter.com
