    @sub_827 @ItsPapaJefe Are you talking about the frames that determine half the initial seed in gen 4? Where you wait at save file select screen? I think the NDS clock works fine, it actually does not even change if you over clock the CPU lol

      @sub_827 @ItsPapaJefe I am asking what you mean by -3F btw because that waiting type at the title screen we call “delay” in the U.S. and frames just refers to the current prng frame that you’re on with chatot
