    @TamashiiHiroka In NY there's a minimum % of the floor that has to be carpeted for sound deadening so naturally the entire building put the exact minimum so everything is still loud as fuck. I'm also 80% sure my upstairs neighbor has a rowing machine it's SO LOUD
