    @jlpn0dre Because I think it’s pointless to categorize them in this way? LGPE were stated to be mainline when they deviate harder than spin-offs like colo. Me having an opinion that I think this categorization is pointless isn’t gatekeeping you from having a different one

      @jlpn0dre I think it’s clearly used by game freak rn as a marketing spin to make sure fans don’t skip, which feels cynical. Otherwise there’s no other purpose to it to me rn.
