@WombatFights I’ll say my opinion really only applies to VGC because smogon rules effectively lock old moves behind a huge paywall. Like if you want S-Toss clef you have to own emerald and all the tools to transfer up. The event moves aren’t legal in VGC, it’s a way they do balance.
