    @TamashiiHiroka This is something I’ve never wanted from Pokémon. My favorite game series, Jak and Daxter, went from a super Mario style collectathon to a GTA clone from the first to the second game. So it was nice having a game series that was just idk, not edgy.

      @TamashiiHiroka Besides, colos “maturity” is all surface level anyway. I think there’s a few mainline series that tell a much more mature story while keeping it not edgy
