Just want to say everyone, do not doubt yourself! I struggle eternally with believing I am worthless and have no actual skills. Despite its extreme success(for my standards) I literally believed the follow up would bomb and not even do 10k because my self doubt was so strong. Sorry if this seems like a brag, it's not. I just want people to not doubt their own abilities.On twitter.com

It starts by trying to believe in yourself. Just start doing the thing, and get help from friends/supporters. One way I am improving! I understand at this point that it is delusion, even though my feelings don't change, I'm fully aware it's not logical. I also try really hard to not speak negatively of myself, even alone. It's hard when that's all you knew growing up, but keep trying.Permalink On twitter.com
