The story is a bit different because Cyrus has slightly better character, and you actually do Fantina as 3rd gym instead of 5th. Everything else is identical lol.On twitter.com

@dramaticscar @cuzstevesaidso @TamashiiHiroka Platinum is better because its gym pacing is slightly better, it has a slightly improved story, and it has a better post-game thanks to the frontier / charon quest for heatran, alongside both sinnoh legends.
