    1. Here's to improving next year, very proud of what I achieved this year. Thanks to all who helped and supported me in writing / scripting the team building videos. They're the niche I carved for myself, and I am going to expand into more essay videos like them starting this week.

    Side thought-- It's okay if next year doesn't improve in total. I had an INSANE breakout hit with the gen 4 video, but as long as I can get my smaller projects to be propped up, I'll be happy. That's my main goal. Can't coast the builder concept forever!
