    @Bright_N0A Samus Returns was really good, but a bit long for my taste. I like my 2Ds under 5 In game time first playthru, but that was just about 7. The bosses(digger, ridley, Zetas, queen) really amp up the enjoyment though.

      @Bright_N0A My order goes like: Dread>Zero Mission>Metroid 2: Return of Samus>SamusReturns>Fusion>Super>>AM2R>>>NES Metroid. I basically love all of them except AM2R and Nestroid. Fusion is good but navigation can be a bit clunky. I enjoyed it a lot more on the japanese exclusive hard mode

        @Bright_N0A Metroid 2 Return of Samus is my only hot take, and it is pure blind love for game boy games(I didn't grow up with it, but growing up on gameboy just makes it easy to like lol). I tend to prefer the more action oriented takes, and Fusion/ZMs hard mode elevate them to that level.
