@MoxieBoosted Ah easy confusion! Max Raid Lairs, the things from Crown Tundra (with the legends as you said) don't shine at all until you finish the quest, and those also have a boosted shiny rate of like 1/300 or something. Normal Max Raid Dens in the Wild Areas sparkle tho.
