      It's insanely easy to build 99% of Pokemon in this game, so it seems like it's stupid to hack. But if you don't own PLA, you can't get Ursa or Enam. The only way to SR cress on switch is the BDSP Roamer lol. It's the least accessible season of VGC in quite some time.

        These players took the risk of hacking while being warned about strict checks, and it being against the rules. The onus is on them, and them alone. But that doesn't mean we can't be critical of these backwards ass inaccessibility rules.
