Fun fact! Emeralds version of Celebi will allow you to do runaways, while Ruby & Sapphires did not. Despite being congruent with how the actual games work (RS doesn't have runaways for statics) this is a bug on my end. Can you guess why?Permalink On twitter.com

Also, not sure why I didn't specify, but all of emeralds events will have runaways. Not just celebi, lol. It's needed for the shiny hunting community to hunt effectively in this game.Permalink On twitter.com
