    @reslived A game needs to be more than just good to be popular. I think PM fails at a few things outside of quality of the game. I think ease of access is low compared to a non mod. It’s viewership and marketing are permanently hurt. And it doesn’t have good netplay (yet).

      @reslived Also a lot of the people who moved on from PM were smash 4/ult people who only got into it because brawl was legit fully dead. They’re not a loyal crowd. A bunch more people were just melee players who entered cuz it was a similar game at the same tournament
