My bigger ask is the unfreeze gen 4. Clefable isn't moved up to OU rank simply because people are afraid of ruining gen 4 UU. Electivire and Ninjask are just.. forced to stay OU. Once a tier becomes old gen, it should go to voting based tiering instead of freezing. @Sliver_Nugget/1788071554674287026
