I think the hardest part about my job right now is lack of confidence. You'd think based on how long I'd done this both as a hobby & professionally I'd have more, but I don't. With food industry I have professional training & education to fall back on. YT it's like ???Permalink On twitter.com

My entire college education 2 years of general, then 2 of food specialization, so writing/editing/presentation etc is all me doing what feels right. Maybe I have to spend more time reading / watching about how video production should work to help with these thoughts.On twitter.com
