  1. A lot of thing people don't seem to realize is that magic spells that can cure insane wounds like regenerate are very, very high level and powerful. It's not that interesting of a world if every doctor can cast it. So yeah, there are cures for it maybe. But access is LOW. @_drimota/1824929288228831464

      It all comes down to access with this type of spell. You can play around with it, it could be a wealth thing, a knowledge thing, a power thing, etc. All 3. Make it none, just have a rule that spells can't fix what is whole. After like 3 days the injury is part of YOU.
