      @StatisticUrban Not my experience. Prices are going up and wages have barely changed. Where I moved from the minimum wage was 14.20, and avg house price was like 400k. The town was packed with apts and houses, but the prices went up for rent astronomically each year

    @StatisticUrban There’d be no more room for housing where I lived either, people would be forced to move out if they didn’t own to more rural areas that are more car dependent, cycle would continue.
