The money for the 20 additional miles of wall that has been built was pre allocated by congress in 2019 and could not be changed without their approval.       Biden has said a wall is ineffective and removed the border emergency, and the amount of wall he was forced to build was only 20 miles, compared to trumps intentional 450. These people are lying and have no obligation to tell you the truth. Do not trust them. Fact check.
