  1. There's ups and downs. My previous landlord had terrible tenant services. It took months to get anything fixed. But she never raised rent once, never complained about anything we did, and was let us go month to month when we looked to move out of state. @JJ_McCullough/1843653071093784635

      Thinking about it, this is basic common courtesy stuff and it's kind of shameful I have to "appreciate" it. But here we are!
